UK Visa Applications
Applications to enter or remain in the UK — skilled worker, spouse, visit and study routes, each prepared against that route's own published requirements before it is filed.
Submit Application
London · Est. consultancy
We prepare Schengen, worldwide and long-stay visa files in London — checked line by line against the mission’s own requirements, booked into the right appointment, and tracked until your passport is back in your hands.
Who we are
Most refusals are not dramatic. They come from a missing bank statement, an itinerary that contradicts the insurance dates, a cover letter that answers a question nobody asked. Small things, decided in minutes, by someone who will never meet you.
Submit Application exists to close that gap. We are a small team of London-based consultants who prepare travel documentation for a living — we read the current requirements of the mission you are applying to, assemble the file the way it expects to be read, and tell you plainly when something will not hold up.
We do not decide your visa. We make sure the decision is made on a complete file.
What we handle
Applications to enter or remain in the UK — skilled worker, spouse, visit and study routes, each prepared against that route's own published requirements before it is filed.
Short-stay applications for all 29 Schengen states — from choosing the correct country of application to assembling a file that reads the way a consulate expects it to.
Applications beyond Europe, each prepared against that mission's own published requirements rather than a generic checklist.
National long-stay categories where the paperwork runs deeper — student, employment, family reunification, digital nomad and investor routes.
Renewals, first passports, replacements for lost or stolen documents, and urgent travel-document support when a trip cannot move.
Managed travel documentation for teams — one named consultant, one shared tracker, and predictable turnaround across a whole department.
Certification of UK-issued documents for use abroad, including notarisation, apostille and consular attestation where a country requires it.
How it works
Upload scans through our secure link or bring the originals to the office. Tell us where you are going and when — that is enough to start.
An consultant reviews every page against the mission's current requirements, flags what is missing, and drafts the cover letter and forms.
We book the consulate or visa-centre slot, confirm the biometrics window and send you a printed pack so you arrive with nothing left to guess.
Your passport is returned with the decision. We track the file until it is back in your hands and let you know the moment it moves.
Where we file
One office, one set of standards, and a filing route for each mission we work with. Tell us the destination and we will tell you which consulate the application belongs to before anything is submitted.

Plan your route
Spin the globe and pick a country. Every highlighted destination is one we file for regularly, which means we already know which mission handles it, what it expects to see, and where applications usually come unstuck.
Drag to spin. Hover a highlighted country for its name, then tap it — or use the list — to see the route we would file from London.

Questions
No — every application can be made directly. People come to us when the file is complicated, when the trip matters too much to risk a refusal, or when they simply do not have the hours to spend decoding a consulate's requirements page.
For a Schengen trip you apply to the country you will spend the most nights in. If the nights are evenly split, you apply to your first point of entry. We confirm this before anything is submitted, because applying to the wrong mission is one of the most common reasons a file is rejected outright.
Schengen short-stay decisions are usually issued within 15 calendar days of the appointment, and can extend further in peak season or where a consulate asks for additional documents. Other countries publish their own timelines — we tell you the current one for your route before you book.
No, and you should be careful with anyone who says otherwise. The decision belongs entirely to the consulate. What we can do is make sure the file in front of them is complete, consistent and presented the way they expect.
Not for the preparation. Documents can be sent securely and the whole review can be handled remotely by phone, email or WhatsApp. You will still need to attend your own biometrics appointment in person.
Our fee is quoted as a fixed amount for your specific route before any work begins, and it is separate from the government and visa-centre fees you pay directly. Ask us for a quote and you will have it in writing.
