These terms apply whenever you use Submit Application to prepare, check or file travel documentation. By asking us to work on your file, you accept them.
What we are
We are a document preparation and consultancy service, not a law firm and not a government body. We do not give immigration legal advice, and we do not decide any visa outcome — that decision belongs entirely to the relevant consulate or mission.
What we do
- Review your documents against the current published requirements for your route.
- Prepare your forms and cover letter, and flag anything missing before it is submitted.
- Book your appointment and biometrics slot where that is part of the service.
Fees
Our fee is fixed for your specific route and confirmed in writing before any work begins. It is separate from any government, consulate, visa-centre or courier fee, all of which are paid directly by you to that third party and are outside our control.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, genuine and current documents, for responding to our requests promptly, and for attending your own biometrics appointment in person where one is required.
No guarantee of outcome
We cannot guarantee that any application will be approved. What we guarantee is that the file we prepare is complete, consistent, and presented the way the mission expects.
Cancellations and refunds

Limitation of liability
We are liable for the standard of our own preparation work, not for a decision made by a consulate, mission or visa centre, nor for delays or requirements outside our control.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this site belong to Submit Application and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
