Yes — your employer issues the Certificate of Sponsorship, and that part sits with them. We handle everything on your side of the application once it has been issued.
Can my family come with me?
Usually, yes. A partner and children can normally apply as your dependants alongside your own application, or join you later once you are in the UK.
What if my Certificate of Sponsorship has an error?
We check it against your actual role and offer before anything is submitted. A mismatch between the CoS and the application is one of the more common reasons a file gets queried.
