- Your name, contact details and travel dates or destination.
- Copies of the documents your application requires — passport pages, supporting evidence, bank statements, invitation letters and similar — which you send to us directly.
- Records of your correspondence with us, including phone, email and WhatsApp messages.
Why we collect it
We use this information to review your documents, prepare your forms and cover letter, book your appointment where that is part of the service, and keep you updated on your file. We do not use it for anything beyond delivering the service you have asked for.
Who we share it with
We share what a specific application needs with the relevant consulate, embassy or visa centre — and nothing more. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your file for as long as needed to complete the service, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you need to refer back to it — typically up to 12 months after your file closes. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
How we protect it
Documents are sent through a secure upload link rather than open email where possible, and access to your file is limited to the consultant working on it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
